I called the number on the paperwork to see how accurate the test was couldn’t get no one on line.
This review cracks me up, because it took us a while to track this person down. They probably DID contact us, but when you use fake names to order, but real ones with the testing, then a slightly different one for the review or when you call in, we don't respond because we can't figure out who you are if you don't line up with anyone in our database. Sometimes people confuse our lab for a different lab. Really nice person once I got ahold of them, he was just trying to make sure negative meant negative (it doesn't for some kinds of testing). This guy honestly made me feel like C-3PO talking to Lando Calrissian and was one of the people with lots of questions I genuinely enjoyed speaking with. I'm actually disappointed this review wasn't upgraded to at least a 4 star because of the effort we put in to talk to him. But I guess online this stuff happens!

Two days to my home, two days back, test results next day.
I ordered Sat Feb 1 from their website (which has the sale price listed wrong). I received Thursday Feb 6. And dropped off my speciment before mailing went out from the post office same day. They then recvd it by 10am on Monday Feb 10 (per usps tracking). They did not acknowledge it until Weds Feb 12 and I did not get my results until Sunday Feb 16.
Not one part of this felt expedited.

In order to make things right, you were sent a full refund as 10 days is too long and well outside of what we'd expect under the worst conditions. Even though this was during the time when the fallout from the LA fires were both causing delays and chaos both with our supply chain and mail delivery, this sample processing time was still an outlier.
We appreciate your feedback and it was one of several orders that led to us entirely shifting from USPS 1 to 3 day delivery to UPS 2 day airmail delivery.
One package once took the most amazing trip all over the United States only to return here ~30 days later!
